Thanks Geoff. I can imagine it is beyond your personal taste, the post processing I did on this one was really extreme.

In the image below you can see two versions, the left is the original, the right is how I would post process it normally.

Excellent job on your post production. I believe that road is the finest looking one Ive ever seen. Very artistic brickwork using lovely colored bricks and pattern brought out by the rainfall.

Here's a picture of Edinburgh in the rain. I post processed this one heavily with Nikon Capture NX.

Very, very nice Dennis. Your post really works well for this shot. I like it the best of the 3, although it would be a little too heavy for most shots IMO. Great composition and use of lines. Only little suggestion would be to clone out the 2 black grates in the street just so you get the really neat texture and pattern uninterrupted.

Guessing that was shot with the Sigma 10-20? I've got the Canon efs10-22 and I love it. It's a great focal range for landscapes.

This was indeed shot with the 10-20, love that lens. The wide angle is really fun to use, allowing for quite dramatic angles.

I'll give it a try cloning the grates away.

That is one sweet photo Prospero. I like the stone brickwork of the buildings, the brightness of the green grass and the water surface going from white to the orange shade reflecting the bridge wall. Definately a unique style you have there. Now please, more.

Awesome photo Prospero. As always the HDR is fantastic. Just a quick question though...do you use a tripod when you shoot a series for HDR? Or do you use that program in your tutorial to align the images?

I do not use a tripod for my HDRs. I am too lazy to cary one around . This one was also alligned with the program in the tutorial.

Nice picture, Drew. The angle works fine here.

I usually like angles in pictures too (as long as it is obvious it's been done on purpose). Makes the composition a bit more special. It's not something that must be overdone, but every now and then it can give a bit of variation.
