Missing cyber-shot life tutorial, is it any good?

Hello everyone,

I just bought the W12 and I was expecting to see the "Cyber-shot Life tutorial" in the included software, but apparently it does not come with the UK version of the camera .

I 'm a novice in digital photography and I was looking forward to that as I read in the camera review that it was quite good. Could anyone that has tried it, please tell me if it's worth the trouble looking for it and contacting Sony about it?

I think it's well done, but certainly not necessary. It's not specific to the camera and is fairly basic. I'd say you can figure out the camera just fine without it.

The manual does explain some basic things and I found some digital camera tutorials at dcviews, so I'll probably stick with these.
