I have a new Olympus C-180. I've installed the software, Olympus Master 1.2 and I cannot download the pictures. Error message states "the software is unable to find an Olympus digital camera connected to the USB port on your computer. Would you like to search again?" I have tried uninstalling, rebooting and nothing works. I do not think there is a fault with my USB ports.
