Im looking for a digital camera that is good for fast action shots.As well as distance shots like cloud formations and then, again shots of flowers too So color is important too and maybe some Moon shots.

My 25yr old Cannon AV-1 with 3 different mm lens is still here & can do its job well, but Ive grown tired of waiting to see the pictures. My 7yr old cannon Mavica (MVC-FD92) is fine for a younger pair of eyes these days.
Ive just tried the camera KODAK EASYSHARE DX7590 Zoom Digital Camera. Not what Im looking for in action shots and it has a major problem with the color dark purple. But other than those little items, its great for someone elses needs.

So I continue the seach.I would like to stay in the $400-500 range but not locked in.

Any help would be very helpful.....Please!
