The top one was in Sports mode with the auto shutter. The others were all with manual settings. The top three were shot with a Sigma 55-200 f4.0-5.6 and the bottom two where shot with my 17.5-45...

No you don't as long as you buy the lens made for the 4/3 mount. In germany you can buy this lens for 430 euro but you have to wait a few weeks for them to order it because the Olympus mount is not...
