anyone else try one yet.
i got one to replace the hx20v i have been using for travel pics...i got the hx20v for the gps ..it took ok pics as long as you looked no bigger than 8x10..past that they...
got it back..then the virtual level didn't work..sent back, now doesn't recognize lenses...has to go back 3rd time now...I am pissed.
I hated the mirrorless direction sony went.
anyone send theirs in yet?
people seam to think instagram is wonderful photography...wonder why we even bother any more
now they are pushing the nex mount..

you'll need manual for many animals if you want pictures with their eyes open ;-)
sony uses a floating sensor..others use a floating lens to steady the shot
i love my a900 for high end stills with my zeiss glass
love my a55 for my macro rig..(hated it as a still camera)
as for the a99..not sold on it
been having a great time with my nikon d7000...
dsc-wx50 is a fun little camera..take great picture for its size..full 1080 hd video,, lots of fun options..panaramas

Stabilization was never a sell for me..in fact having a sensor dangling inside never assured me of anything..i have thought many times of snipping the wires and epoxying the damn thing in...
why not own both...
50mm will get you ant shot...you just have to walk more:p
