if you were to crop #2 and leave only the two fireworks at the top (removing the trees at the bottom) that will be an awesome shot....

cool, i've been considering getting the Kenko set...
no problem on the ID..used to work with the Entomology dept as a student...never thought it'd come in handy ;)

looks like a robber fly...do you use any extension tubes, or are you just able to get that close without them flying off? i've never been able to get insects very well with my 100 2.8...

nope...right at the top it says "Drivers/Software - choose OS" and provides a dropdown for you to choose your operating system....once you select an OS, the page refreshes and provides you links for...

that sounds like exactly what i just had...it's dust and it's most likely on the prism...i saw it in the viewfinder but not on pics...just blow air in there to remove dust just like you would...

FxIF is the plugin, and it's great...but you can see the EXIF only if the user has included the data...
