For Christmas we got him a light shed to help him take product photos. This helps to soften the light....

You should pick up a UV filter as it will help protect your lens from scratches. If you crack the filter you are out a few bucks vs a new lens.

First of all "You lucky SOB!!!" Being a Giants fan I wish I was going. I have used my E500 down to the low 30s without any issues. but -5 in GB could be a whole different world. Please let us know...

My daughter did some glamor shots last year and the guy was using an Olympus E-330 with a 14-54mm f/2.8-3.5 and 2 remote strobes for the whole thing and the pictures were stunning.

Well I think that pretty much sums up how asinine this thread has gotten. Later dude and enjoy your little fantasy world. I like living in the real world where many things have improved and changed...

Of course "we" shoot what "we" see (who ever "we" are) because "our" viewfinder is about the same size and the sensor (I think the 500 is at about 98% of the sensor size) so "we" are seeing the same...

Oh high and mighty one please define ""authorized" 4/3rds lens". I have 3 Olympus lenses made by Olympus for exclusive use on my Olympus 4/3 camera and they all CROP the image. Not sure...

That is the main thing Razr is not getting...the term cropping applies for 4/3 cameras...Here is an example...Sigma makes an 18-50 zoom lens that has AF mounts for Sigma, Sony/Konica-Minolta, Nikon,...

Popular Photo has a review on the 1400 in this months issue but I have not read it yet. When I get home I will see if they make any mention of what you are looking for. Or you can peek at the article...
