Should be. I have my 5D set up for 1/3rds and it shows the ISO as 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 320, 400, 500, 640, 800, 1000, 1250, 1600.

If it's for viewing only I upload it to my Imageevent.com account and share the link. If I want somebody to download the file I put it on my website and setup a ftp account for them to download it.

My 10-15 minutes of work. Opened the jpeg in ACR and did a few adjustments. Brought into CS5 as a smart-object where I did a little cloning/healing and dodging/burning.
