Peas in the pod
I found it interesting that they listed Hawaii as its own country but then again Americans are even worse at geography ;)
Thanks for the info!
DPR- I am a bit confused to see Hawaii listed as a category 1/2 country.
Thanks for the information even if it is not what I wanted to hear. Do you know if they make exceptions for people traveling with service dogs?
I've used Aperture since its release and am not happy to now have to learn either LR or Capture One. Constantly having to learn new tools is one of the biggest downsides to shooting digital in my...
Impressive compared to my images in Rotorua ;)
Now that I picked up Mamiya 7 and Mamiya RZ setup for shooting and scanning 6x7 medium format I'd like to see some film threads as well as digital. Who else is shooting film?
I haven't been posting in a while but have remained an almost daily lurker. This site has been really peaceful and pleasant compared to many other photography forums.
Yes, I can't believe I haven't been back again yet. It doesn't make sense to travel to Australia for less than 3-4 weeks and I'm caring for an aging dog that I don't feel comfortable leaving without...
I hadn't considered the Google+/Flicker option which is better. This site is where I first learned about photography and where I've met some great people in Australia- it will be missed.
Makes sense and probably won't cost us much to maintain.

I used Topaz Adjust to simplify and flatten the model. Below is a pullback shot showing...
Shot with Fuji X-E1 in Brooklyn under the Manhattan Bridge with the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan skyline in the background.
If the RX100 had a hot shoe or a built in Pocket Wizard trigger I would have one instead of the Fuji X-E1.
We should have a like button for images here as we do on Facebook.
To me building and learning to use a good lighting kit is more important than the step up from consumer to pro glass.
K1W1- I agree. My little Fuji X-E1's images are at least as good as those...
Definitely spend time walking around the Greenwich Village section of Manhattan at night- preferably a Friday or Saturday. This will be one of your NYC highlights. New Yorkers don't go to Times...
I picked one up a few weeks ago also and agree. Great images!
NYC- Greenwich Village at Night, DUMBO (Down under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass)- the Brooklyn side of the Brooklyn Bridge thru the Brooklyn Side of the Manhattan Bridge- this area give the best...
Only visual spying- audio recording would still be possible.
One from last Sunday.
