I own a 5900 for 2 months now and i'm still satisfied with it.
Despite the mpx difference, the 4600 has a smaller ccd size.
I wasn't found of mpx before i bought it, but i have to say that 5mpx...

This the different way it uses to get your photo exposure evaluation.
Evaluate : it uses the whole photo area to get a relative exposition (from the darken to the lighten areas)
centerweight...

This is the valley where's the german city of Weimar, culture center of thuringe.
And under the rain of course, as you could see it enlighted, for thread related ;)

I like your shots with the a200 more, mostly because of the very short depth of field it gives you.

Unless you know you're gonna used your pkotos only for internet/computer viewing, i suggest you (as i did in your resolution thread) to keep on the higher res.
Better find anotha 256Mb card which...

If you want to obtain the best detailed photos, you need to shoot at higher res.
Then resize it for each of your purpose (computer, mail...)
When you "downsize" the res. on your dc, the ccd...
