I would shoot at 15mp as the converted jpegs should be smaller. at least on a canon, I imagine Nikon would be similar. If you crop any of the picture you will need the extra mp's

50 doesn't have video the 5d mkII does. As said above I like everything except the lcd. the resolution sucks for judging focus. Maybe if I had my eyes from 20 years ago I might feel different, doubt...

The last 2 axles on the trailer look like the wheels are turned slightly, the rear more than the center. The bumper also looks like the left side is to far forward

In picture 3 if you look in the view finder is the box on an angle. It is hard to tell on the focus chart as you would need to be lined up perfectly to tell anything

Guntoter you have to replace the raw converter in elements with the downloaded one. I think it is in the file format folder. it should have a suffix of .8bi. Change the old file to .old and insert...

We have pictures with frames like your samples 1,2,4. We prefer the plain/flatter frames. We have 3 of the lcd picture frames now and like how the pictures change.

Thanks, good to know. I already have a hard time keeping my horizon, now I will try to be more careful. A self leveling sensor maybe +- 2-3 degrees would be nice.
