i noticed over at dpreview.com you can advertise your camera/lenses for sale. here at dcresource.com, you aren't allowed to advertise stuff for sale.
pretty nice they allow that at dpreview.com

well you're right on one point: fz-50 sucks. i'd give my left arm to have my fz-20 back. they kept my fz-20 at warranty and asked me which camera i wanted. of course, i didn't know they destroyed...
-
must be nice, get those shots while stepping out to the corner to grab a paper. i think i could do it in my sleep
-

i see what you're getting at. very well, this is sorta sloppy, now, can you tell me, how do i forcefully jam one of those converters at ritz onto my fz50?
the fz50 zoom short
here's the problem:...

thank you, i think i get your point.

-

can some1 lend a hand and help me pick a 2x teleconverter?
here's the setup hoped for:
fz50 + 2x teleconverter + nikon tc-e17ed
given (already in possession):
fz50: 55mm connector...

the romance of the fz-20 is gone. there was such a large lens on the fz-20, it gave me a euphoric feeling. all that glass working for me.
the lens on the fz-50 is smaller, tighter, more...
-
thx for checking in, nikon guy. you could arrange your sig horizontally with | separators, but we know you're not savvy.
anything less than an fz-50 is old technology now.
-
very nice images from above the object.
the word "staff" has several different meanings, i wonder which one was being employed.
-
you know how adorama has the mount selection, which mount of these mounts should i use for my FZ-50 with 55mm? is one preferred over the others, or is the fz-50 mount not covered in the list below? ...

will fz-50 + 2x + nikon E17ED work? or is that not recommended due to something i don't know about?
-
i dropped my fz-20 from a height of 18 inches (46cm). jammed the lens mechanism, that was the 1st day of vacation. sent it in to be repaired. cost: $395 USD (308 Euro's).

the LCD on the FZ-50 is excessively bulky and sticks out from the back of the case. it pushes my cheek off of the new extended eyecup.
-
first, i'd frame the pics correctly. notice how in photo #1 the frame of the aquarium is out of alignment with the picture.
after that, u can probly do endless photoshop touchups. u can probly...

are the players NBA speed or high-school speed?
basically, you have to freeze a high-speed object under lightbulbs. i've got a sunpack HD555 which gets me 50' of flash. u'll need a horseshoe...
-
yup, u're right, i stand corrected.
-
there are a few things i dont like about it. im sure i'll think of some more.
first, the "wally-weekender" zoom lever is gone from the shutter position. i really miss that. now i gotta torque...
-
unfortunately, the Nikon TC-E17ED appears to be discontinued. at the time of Ching-Kuang Shene's review, i believe it was still in production.
so that put's me on the trail of the best Nikon...

Here's what happened to me.
I had to send my camera into the repair facility because I dropped it. They sent it back fixed with a new leica lens and lens mechanism after a $400 USD repair bill....
