I got my 6000 last Wed and had the weekend to play. I'm somewhat daunted by all the features and getting the hang of this camera in full manual mode, but I'm getting there.

Yea, I'll be using the timer I'm sure. I could imagine it being a drag having to set it after every shot, but something's gotta give I suppose.
