Hi - It's time to move off of the inbuilt flash on my EOS350D (Rebel XT) and look at using an external flash. The question is does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi - I'm using Adobe Photoshop Elements and I want to make a layer mask but don't seem to have the icon. Is this because it is only available in the all singing/dancing version of Photoshop?
