You said it Rooz. I took delivery of my Cambridge Topaz CD10, KEF IQ5's and IQ3's last week. So much for buying any new photography equipment for quite some time

Is it worth spending almost triple on the 70-200 2.8 over this older lens?

Thanks Diamond. It's a little too warm for my tastes, but guessing work is pretty difficult if your monitor is uncalibrated. Guess it's time to invest in a colour checker

Sadly, when viewing this picture on my laptop, it seems my monitor at home is a bit off. The white balance on this is way wrong.

As for the lens, if it's reasonably sharp, I have a use for it. I HATE lugging...

Lighter packing for easier travel I suppose. The 24-70 is a beast to carry around
