flickr is terrible for use as a forum. im not much interested in just the image share, i much preferred the interactions and discussion when it comes to forums.

sounds right. its not a shutter problem though from what the OP is describing. its a flash issue somehow or some form or user error.
what the ?

fabulous portrait mate.
these action shots are brilliant. excellent clarity.
here's one from my...errr...lucas' new hobby...
lol yeah. good thing its a childrens story.
That d600 certainly seemed prone to issues.
i shouldn't say this but of all the cameras and lens' I've owned I've never had a single failure.
Damn that's a shame you weren't a tad wider for that to get the scorer. Getting the ball hitting the back of the net is pretty awesome.
Damn that last gull image is sharp as hell ! Awesome.
both fine images. like the movement in the first. shame about the orange vest.

until you get 1.4 glass.
its as practical as the conditions allow. better to have than not to have.
remember that 1/16,000 is only 1 stop more than 1/8000. i can certainly see it come in handy on a super bright sunny day...
$1000 i don't get it. that's insanity. just like the 32/1.2
