just got mines today (well yesterday, saturday). ordered it on the 21st .. suprised it came so quick sicne it was shipped from cali to FL .. unfortunately, the 420ex isnt here yet for me to test it...

in situation like that, you should increase the ISO to like 800 or even 1600 (if you cant keep the camera still enough at 800).

thats the beauty with DLSR, allowing you to increase ISO so you dont...

im going for similar setup .. tamron 28-75 first then get something int he wide end and a long zoom one ..

for the wide, i heard some good things about the tokina 12-24mm .. also canon 10-22, and...

i also use coppermine as well .. i use one of the pre-made themes and edited part of it to change it a little. :)
