Daniel great sunset then :) Had a look at your Diamond Fuji shots too - pretty impressive. I'd love to go one day. Only made one brief work trip to Japan several years ago and loved it.
Daniel no need to worry about posting images. Especially if that's an example of what you are getting, that one's a beauty, a lovely atmospheric sunrise captured very well.
Yes well spotted it is indeed the moon. It was a lovely crescent but as I don't have an adaptor yet I couldn't use my zoom lenses to get much closer.
Looks like the 60mm is living up to it's reputation. Very sharp shot Rooz.
Shot these yesterday morning. It's 3 different times from the same sunrise really as I only shot the first one through the side rear view mirror as I thought I was too late to catch the sunrise.
George that's a great sunrise runway shot. It's blinding even just looking at the image
Welcome back Don. Thought it had been a bit quiet round here lately. I look forward to the Don/Rooz "discussions" continuing in the future. It's good to have knowledgeable folks with differing...
I agree very nice macro Rooz and beautiful colour. What lens did you use for that shot?
You could look for one of the Panasonic TZ series such as the TZ25. It's not the latest model so may well be in your price range on Friday The TZs are great all round travel cameras.
You did very well to grab that shot. A really beautiful bird that most of us only see in sanctuaries.
That's a beauty Lukas.
Thanks Kg, yes I must admit I hadn't realised quite how many contrails there were in that shot when I took it. Just shows how busy the skies are.
Wow that last shot makes me dizzy just looking at it K1W1. Terrific angle and composition.
Beautiful lonely shots Lukas.
Here's a shot of Wollaton Park late Sunday evening.
Here's a bit more colour. Wollaton Hall in late afternoon light.
Definitely less colour in this one shot into the sun. Just about managed to rescue it.
Beautiful colours Kg, well spotted.
Love them Richard really unusual.
Nice shots Les and nice memories too. Good to see the old TZ1 getting a workout too. Still use mine occasionally and it never disappoints.
Thanks guys promise I'll get out more when work dies down a little. There's a lot to learn on this little beasty.
Afraid the EM-1 doesn't have a sunshine button. Although it is showerproof so I don't have much of an excuse really. Truth is work has got in the way. Here are a few from last week when I was just...
Yes excellent sharp and very striking landscapes there Raven.
Really cute candid close ups Rooz. Ruby looks like a little star and you captured her expressions beautifully.
Excellent shot Gaza. Are you sure to took it from earth though, two moons!!!
Much more lively DPR but the sky is a bit OTT for me.
No return eh K1W1! Interesting shot.
