I learned about the "Community Edition" of a program called "Noiseware" through this forum. It does a decent job cleaning up high-ISO noise. You might give it a shot.....I tried it on...

That's always fun. The first time I tried, I got a bolt on my very first snap. I spent the next hour taking dozens of pictures an just kept missing them every time. Never got another single bolt...
