This was my first ever escapade with an SLR camera. After one day I'm addicted to photography and I'm sure it's mostly the camera doing all the work. Any input on colours, composition is always appreciated. I'm here to learn! :)

That's a lovely landscape. I've been on a couple of glaciers in Iceland, a long, long time ago (mid 80s) and in Switzerland. They're very impressive. I guess it's getting a bit cold out your way now!! Still, it probably gets rid of the midges for the winter??
Thanks! That's one of my favorite photos. It's beautiful around here when it isn't raining! Juneau is actually in a rainforest (far southeast Alaska). It's starting to get cold, it's been between 30 (night) and 45 (day) lately.Quote:
