This is a kinetic sculpture by Eduard Bersudsky being prepared for a show by The Sharmanka travelling Circus founded in Russia by sculpter-mechanic Eduard and theater director Tatania Jakovskaya.Talks and workshops showing here in Scotland from 4th April.

Nice picture, Jasm. I wouldn't have recognised that one. Before I read your answer, I thought it was an old-fashioned and decorated machine to dry washed clothes with. Perhaps he did use a part of that machine.
