I think the poor guy has a broke/hurt wing as you can tell his left wing seems to sit higher and a different angle. Ahh - another shot tumbled in as I was replying... I reckon he may well have been injured. Not sure I'd like to try and get a hold of him though!!
The eyes got me. His expression never changed and he was constantly watching me. I probably got within 10' of him and I was a little nervous that he might charge me. 1 minute later and I would have missed him. Just caught him as he hit the ground out of the corner of my eye.
