Just a long day
My spouse, who has a history of notoriosly blood shot eyes, recently found out that it was actually due to a side effect of sun exposure. It is literally sunburn on the eyes. Only, unlike your skin which regenerates and sloughs off, the eyeball starts to calous over.
I'm an indoor human..lol
