adjusting f stop d3000
I just bought a Nikon D3000 and I need to know how to adjust the f stop manually. It is not in the manual that came with the camera, and I have searched extensively on the internet for this answer, and can't seem to find it. It took much trial and error just to discover how to adjust the shutter speed. Could someone please tell me which combination of buttons I need to push to adjust the f stop?

the review here on this site tells you how:
"Next to that is the D3000's sole command dial, which you'll use for adjusting the shutter speed and aperture (though you'll have to hold down the exposure compensation button for the latte"

I could never go back to a camera that doesn't have two command dials. That would just drive me crazy. I mostly live in aperture priority.

It should be in the manual book. Just read under A-mode (Aperture Priority Mode). The manual may have some pictures too on which button you need to press, etc.
Update:
I found it on page 70 of the PDF version of the manual: http://support.nikontech.com/app/ans...lkL3hLQ0NyaVVq

Also read the instructions for M-mode.
