Vermont in Fall
-

A nice series of shots, but some of them seem unnaturally sharp. There is a line you have to be careful of.

Don, I did no sharpening on these pics at all. Straight from camera except
some shadowing adjustmants using picassa. Also had camera set to default on
the sharpness setting..
Thanks for your comments

Great shots, I really like #4. Where in VT did you take these pictures?
-
To be honest I really don't remember where I took these except that I think it was
east central of Vermont. We travel there alot and just went for a ride that day
and just drove down different roads to view the foliage. We normally spend alot of time
around Stowe and stay there but in October you need to take out a second mortgage to
pay for a room, so we stayed in Queensbury, Ny and drove over to Rt4 past Pico and Killington and kept that way going east northeast. Then we just headed to roads that looked interesting. I remember Aminity Pond Natural Area then we headed up around Pomfret over to and around south Tunbridge. All thru those areas we just travel around small roads some dirt some paved..
Are you from Vermont?

I live in NH but I travel throughout VT for work. I was just out on Rt 4 through the Killington/Rutland area on Monday.

Not very hard to look like a "Professional" photographer with view like this. I wish I could witness the changing of the leaves like this some day. We only have two seasons here, Summer and Winter.

Amazing how there can be so many colour variations in one spot.
