How do I find the gap? 2mm!!!! :D:D:D
Actually the gap represents 10% at that focal length, so it is significant, but if I'm missing something as a result of it, I guess I don't realize it from a practical shooting stand point. I thought a long time about getting the 17-55mm IS but did not want another EF-S lens. I'm going full-frame this spring and the 24-105mm is really designed as a full-frame "walk-around" lens. It's really not wide enough to be a true "walk-around" lens on an APS-C camera...thus the need for the 10-22mm. So, once I buy the 5D replacement, the next lens is probably the 16-35 and after that the 100-400 (hopefully Canon upgrades this lens soon with the newer IS...and kills off the push/pull design).
The Sigma 18-200 will stay on the XT as my back up and the 10-22 goes on E-Bay...
Thanks Drama! :)
