Spring is only 6 days away (here) so it's time to start thinking of summer activities. :)

Nice shots Rooz, love that DOF!
This shot I went to B&W because I love the contrast formed between the boarder and the water spray behind him. The contrast wasn't as visible in color.

Beautiful shot Turo, the B&W really works. Rooz, I love seeing the tough guy blowing bubbles with the kids :)
DownByFive, I've been to the Provo River Falls several times, it's rather close to where I live. (I have some pics here from 2 years ago, right after I got my camera, if you're interested.) Are you on a trip? You got some beautiful colors, what time of day did you shoot? Or did you use D-lighting or similar? I also love the scrap of sky you managed to get in the shot. Often I think waterfall shots could have been improved if there was some sky in there (although sometimes it's pretty much impossible, you did a great job here.)
craigyc, I take a lot of shots with the sun in the frame, too :) I like the way yours turned out, just the sun as we see it without a lot of sunrays. I'm usually using a very small aperture which creates those sunrays, but your image inspires me to try using a larger aperture for those sun shots. Your shot must have been taken on a rather dim day? Was the sun behind clouds?
