You should post things in context. :)
When the thread started I just was not sure that it was "the done thing" in the overall context of the DCRP site forum. It apparently is so that was the end of the matter as far as I was concerned.

Kellie, you did a great job on the exposure. It probably will depend entirely on the composition of the shot. Since there is white on the face, you will normally want the face to have the best detail. So you will probably find yourself exposing for the white the most. But still try to keep the histogram off balance to the right (if you can) just shy of clipping the white.

I took this at an "airshow" here in Bryan, Texas. It is probably a misnomer to call it an airshow, more like a fly-in. anyhoo this is a shot of a Steerman 75 that a friend rebuilt. it took him the better part of 5 years.
