Brilliant reds and blues...strong diagonal line...great shot. It would be cool to stack up a bunch of 4 stop neutral density filters and do a 30 second exposure during the day to get a shot without the cars.

These are just guidelines that I try to follow but at the time I just realize, they are only just guidelines and that every circumstance is different, use your eye and your instincts, and with a little CS2 touch up the mundane picture can spring a little life.

Does anyone have any advice on how they shoot in cluttered environments as such?

All the critiquing aside :) the picture does a great job at capturing the wonderful wondering mind of a five year old... and the PP works, nice job. ;)

A shot of myself. Now - I obviously didn't take this one - no remote in my hand. But heck... This ended up being a weird day.

I was to play for a friend's (quite informal) outdoor - 95degree day - wedding, and the photographer didn't show up. SO - I fortunately had my camera with and took over. But I couldn't very well take shots during the parts of the wedding that I was participating in!

Here you go. I think this is the first shot of myself that I have posted! Enjoy... oh, and do be nice - please:D
