Nice shots Devin. There's something funny going on in the bottom right corner of the first one. You could use the blemish tool to removed that.

Yeah I see that.... I don't know wtf happened there because the lens is clean.... Weird haha.

Which tool is that in Photoshop?

I think it's some kind of flare. There's more flare in the middle, but that one would be a pain to remove. Blemish removal is the band aid. You could also try the clone tool which looks like a stamp.

28mm, f/8, 30 sec, ISO 200, no filters. Take about 6:20 AM for the start of blue hour.
