is a Lifetime Rating: 0.28 the lowest anybody has ever seen on resellerratings? It certainly is the lowest I have ever seen.

Personally don't know but by reading others I would definitely stay away. One thing I saw that you mentioned is the large difference in price between the camera alone and the whole kit( memory card, lens cleaning, etc. ). Check to see somewhere else if you can get these items cheaper just by adding them to your purchase or just buy them elsewhere. Especially the memory card. I would check out dealram.com and select secure digital under the flash memory drop down box and see where you can get cards real cheap.

Very Dissatisfied With This Company. Unfortunately, I Did Not See Any Reviews Until After I Placed Order. I Followed Up On Status And Was Told It Would Ship That Day And Be Delivered W/i 3 Days. When I Called After Date Had Passed I Had An Experience With One The Worst Customer Service People. He Answered With "yeah" Which Was Not A Good Start. He Then Told Me That The Camera Was On Back Order And Did Not Have Any Update Delivery. I Asked If I Could Get An Email With Update And He Said No. When I Questioned Him He Then Went On To Say, "what Part Of That Did You Not Understand?" I Asked Why He Was Being So Rude And Asked For His Name. He Would Not Tell Me And Complained About Just Coming In To Work. His Final Words Were, Place Your Order Somewhere Else And Then Said "get A Life!" And Hung Up. This Is What You May Expect.

I am trying to post as many bad reviews on them as I can and file complaints with the BBB of NY, where this company is based. More many more reviews, just go to www.resellerratings.com. This company is operating under 2-3 different names, I know this because I ordered the same camera from both bestpricecameras.com and infinityphoto.com thinking they were different companies and never received either camera. Although now I am a bit nervous because both companies have my credit card number! They advertise super low prices, which are appealing, but you will never pay that price. When you call they are VERY rude in trying to sell you accessories that they claim you NEED, although when I ordered by Canon 20D, I knew that if it was a factory fresh box as they claim, it would come with a charger, battery and pc cord. They told me it didn't come with any of these, so they open the boxes and take out the accessories and then make you pay outrageous prices for them. And..if you don't want to, like I said, they will tell you your order is backordered for 4-6 weeks and then you will never receive it. I am doing everything I can to get them out of business, and I encourage you to as well! Just read all the reviews and you will get even more mad that they continue to scam innocent people!! :mad:
