Hmmm.....I've had Photoshop CS2 now for about two weeks, and have been cropping just fine, when yesterday I went to crop a picture, and it says I can't because my scratch disks are full. My hard drive is pretty much empty since I reformatted about two or three days ago, and I defrag pretty much every day. I deleted all of my .tmp files, and still can't crop. Anyone else run into this problem and have a fix for me?

The easiest, no-brainer solution is to uninstall photoshop and then re-install it. Reboot after both uninstall and re-install. The scratch files will be erased and then recreated and empty after the re-install. The complicated way is to use the index in HELP and locate "scratch files." The instructions work if you have another partition besides C:\

Well that sucks....I have to uninstall and re-install it whenever that happens??? There's no easier way?

It's hard to say whether or not this will happen again after you reinstall Photoshop. It may have been a bad install the first time, and the problem will not resurface after a reinstall.

I figured out what it was, I guess it was just carelessness. I was inputing the amount of pixels I wanted the picture to end up as, but instead of saying 1600 px, I would just put the number, and it would automatically make it inches, so it was making it 1600 in X 1200 in, so it wouldnt do it. Oh well, now it works.

I guess those sorts of dimensions would be ok if you wanted to print a life sized picture of your house. LOL
I'm glad you got it figured out.
