Awesome photos. The small stalactites in the third one makes it look like there're teeth growing from the wall.

A different underground -- under the footpaths (sidewalks) of Pioneer Square, Seattle, Washington State. The roads were built up above the ground floors of buildings many years ago. The pavement is now above our head, but this used to be ground level.

Im so glad that the CTA got posted. As soon as I began to scroll down I thought, I'm going to be cleaver and put pics of my favorite cave, lol. Thanks phistio, people just don't get us Chicago folk. :D
