I just bought a PowerShot SD300 about a week ago. My laptop has a port where you can plug the memory card right into the laptop and transfer the pictures that way. Every so often I get pictures that the computer can't open, nomatter what program I'm using. With windows picture viewer it says "drawing failed" and with paint it says that it is an unsupported format.
I had formatted the card in the camera like the book that I got with the camera said to do, but I am still getting pictures that wont' show up wich is very fustrating, I just missed out on pictures from my little brothers baseball game.
Is this a memory card problem or a camera problem?
Any suggestions / thoughts / ideas?
Thanks
