PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! I bought a camara for my wife and believed the manager when he quoted the MRP, he then discounted it by over a third and we bought the camera. We also bought some extras, and on arriving back home checked out the web to find he had charged us double the price and lied about the camera we bought being a new model. He inflates the original price to make it sound a good deal, please don't get taken in like I did. I phoned the manager to have him tell me he charges what he likes, DO NOT USE THIS RIP-OFF MERCHANT, this has really spoilt our holiday and I don't want anyone else to be taken in. I am a genuine user and the reciept is available for anyone who wants proof.
The store is:
Global Camera Gallery in Orlando and Kissimmee
11025 International Drive
(Opposite SeaWorld)
I wish I'd seen this first:

I know this thread already exists, but after speaking to the manager I'm so ******* I want everyone to be aware of them

Both a Mate and I brought a Camera,s from this shop when we were on leave from the uk. We were subjected to the sales technique that has been described. I traded in a Pentax p30n slr and various kit and got 150 dollars for this. After reading this page I have realised ive been well and truly conned. I was served by oren who came accross as very helpful and appeared to help me. I wanted a cannon camera but he steered me to a more expensive all dancing fuji e500 and charged me 112 dollars 89 dollars for the case and 129 dollars for a bigger memory card which he said I would need for going to the parks as the card the camera comes with only holds 36 photos Total price 330 dollars plus 40.95 sales tax less 150 trade in comes to 220.95 he charged me a wopping 670.95 dollars.I paid by visa. I also signed the bottom of the reciept like others and have just read the small print. I had no box as it was chucked over the counter. My Mate brought a video camera from him which takes photos he was also subjected to the same sales technique and sold a bigger lens and battery. We were in the store for about 2 hours all in all another guy came in while we were there and brought a battery for his camcorder and was charged 90 dollars. Those people had some where in the region of 2000 dollars from us both, they even asked what we did for jobs, when we said we were Ambulance crew they said they couldn't do our job, we couldnt do theirs either conning people. Also did any body see that big rotweiler dog they had caged up surely that is not allowed in the states? or is it. We thought we had done our reasearch before we went as we rang these people before we left home to see we could still trade in my pentax. To any body thinking of using them dont, if you wish to reply to this e-mail then please do leave a e-mail address and I will reply to you.
