It's no secret that the one flaw with the SD400 is its low light photos, especially with the zoom. Does anyone have/use the powershot high power flash (HF-DC1)? Does it help that problem? Do you have any other suggestions (settings maybe) that you have found to make these shots better?

Do you have any other suggestions (settings maybe) that you have found to make these shots better?I use the HF-DC1 with the SD500 and it works well (it should give you another 15-ft. of coverage). But, it has two drawbacks: 1) It's way expensive for what it is. 2) It doesn't have a swivel head, so you can't "bounce" the flash. There is another viable alternative...you could use the Vivitar DF200 slave flash http://www.adorama.com/VVDF200.html with this bracket http://www.adorama.com/FABS.html?searchinfo=straight%20bracket&item_no=1 and then you have more flexibility and greater output. The disadvantage with this setup is the flash is larger then the camera itself!
