Boy! I don't know if this post will get anyone's attention but I gotta try.
I saw and online advert for Sanyo's (yeah, them) upcoming C5 Digital Media Camera (http://www.sanyodigital.com) ($670 est). While Sanyo isn't even a notable player in the US digicam market, they are taking a leap ahead of the pack by offering a 5MP camera with MPEG-4 recording capabilities.
That means you can capture 60 minutes of near-DVD quality video on a 1GB SD memory card.

I hope that Jeff considers reviewing this camera. I doubt that it will hold a candle to the likes of Canon's Powershot S2 IS but I'm hoping that other manufacturers will begin incorporating MPEG-4 into their cameras.
