night shots with the olympus c750

hey guys. i wanna take some good night shots (star trails, lightnig etc) and was wondering if/how you can hold the shutter open on the c750 for multipe minutes. is it even possible? cheers!

I don't own this camera, so I might not be the best person to be responding, but I did read Jeff's review of this camera. Here is a link:

It says the slowest shutter speed available is 16 seconds and this is only available in full manual mode.
