Hey guys,
My first digital camera was a Canon A60. It worked great for about a year and 4 weeks until I got an E18 error which, since it was out of warranty, basically killed it- too expensive to fix it- made more sense to put that towards a new camera.
So I am looking to replace it. My first look was towards the Canon A510. The reviews seem good. The price as well- I am looking at spending around $200. I mostly take outdoor shots in daylight/dusk. My concerns are this-
First, am I going to have E18 error issues with the A510?
Second, Is there maybe a slightly older camera line that may be a better deal now?
Third, One thing I used to notice with the A60 is that it would have trouble picking up snow capped mountains in the distance... they would become washed out; that annoyed me.
So am I right at looking at the A510? Is the Coolpix 4600 a better route?
ANy guidance is appreciated =)
