Does anyone know?...i've searched the web for anwers and couldn't find one...does anyone know why bestbuy is all soldout and wont continue to stock g6?...what's next?

Best guess is to expect a G7 announcement in the August to September time frame...probably will coincide with Photokina expo in Cologne, Germany (9/1/2005)...
