I can't decide between the three.
While the Canon S1 features Image Stabilization it can only photograph at a resolution of 3 megapixels. Will it print decent 8x10 photographs? While I may have little need to print such a large size I am interested in cropping larger pictures.
Pricewise, the c765 is the best choice but it, like the 7590, lacks image stabilization. My second question then is how necessary is Image Stabilization and is it worth sacrificing a higher megapixel camera like the c765 or the 7590?
And if I decided not to go with the Powershot, which of the remaining two would be a better choice, with a little consideration to their prices? The c765 can be bought for $235 and the 7590 for a little over $300. Is the quality of the 7590 worth the difference?
Has anyone had experience with any or all of the cameras mentioned, or have other helpful information, and can offer any deciding advice?
