Hello,
Short Version: Can you get a Canon PowerShot A75 to show up on a Macintosh running OSX as an independent disk drive?
Longer Version: I recently got an A75 after using an older Olympus a few years back. The Olympus showed up on my desktop as a disk drive, and I would just open it up and drag what I wanted to my hard drive. Now it seems like I've got to open either iPhoto, Image Capture or Canon's ImageBrowser software to get anything off the camera.
Am I missing something, or is the option to connect the camera and have it (or rather, it's memory card) treated like a disk drive no longer available?
The manual isn't much of a help, and the Software Starter Guide is just a copy of the manual.
Thanks in advance for any help and information.
