Hello,
I'm writing since I have a very basic question about the device that determines the appropriate settings to produce a correct exposure in the Dimage z3. In the manual exposure mode I cannot find any clear indication whether the selected shutter aperture and speed would produce a correct exposure. If the picture would clearly be underexposed or overexposed the values of the parameters selected become red. However, it seems that the range of settings in which this does not happens is quite wide.
As far as I understand some cameras have a needle which indicates if the picture is either underexposed or the opossite. Is there anything similar in the Dimage z3 besides the histogram?
Thanks in advance for reading this e-mail.
