Am new on this forum. Sorry if I ask something that was already answered. My camera cannot start and when I checked I disvocred that the shutter was open while it was off. Normally, the shutter opens automatically when you switch it on. What can I do?

What can I do?You might try removing the battery, leaving it out for 24 hours, and replacing it, to see if the camera can reset itself. If it doesn't, Konica Minolta customer service?

I tried to do what John_Reed said it helped. Now the shutter can close and open. However, it cannot capture any picture. The LCD is juct blank. What should I do?
