Is there a way to compress a 20 sec. movie file and make it sendable?

If you encode it into WMA (using Windows Movie Maker), yes. But that's really if you are desperate to send it as an e-mail attachment. WMA files are heavily compressed and typically won't exceed 1 MB for a short (less than 30s) clip.

Yep, Windows Movie Maker is great for this. You can also add a title to your movie at the same time, make it look a little more professional. :)
