This is my first birds try so any comments or suggestions are very much appriciated.

Excelent photos! I particularly liked the 2nd one - but all of them are good.

for your first shots--and as photos generally--ther're really good. how did you get them--how did you find them, and all that?

I like the second one the best too. I find that background in the first one still detracts too much from the subject, despite the fact that it was blurred.

Hi,
I particularly like the 2nd one (like dad) but all of them are good, I like owls but for some reason for me they dont beat the pigeon! I like the way on the 2nd one youve blured the background, that looks great!

Hope its ok to post two photos I took yesterday. I think the first is a barn owl, but i'm not really sure what the second is. All taken on my Canon A510.
