Where to buy accessories? (Optio S)

I recently got an Optio S but it didn't come with a battery charger, just the battery. I checked ebay, but chargers are quite expensive there.

Where do you buy accessories? I'm looking to get it for less than $20 if possible. I may also be interested in a new battery for it later on.

How can a camera not come with the charger? Are you sure you didn't get ripped off?

According to the review on this site, it should come with a charger. Return it immediately because this sounds like a scam.

It was a second-hand camera and it was advertised without a charger, that's why I was asking. I got a charger from ebay for $22 shipped, it should be here tomorrow or the day after.
