I lost trust in Buy.com a few years back. They were a nightmare to deal with after they sent out the wrong item and then overcharged my credit card. Notice they do not have a phone number for contacting them directly.

I place orders from buy.com at least monthly. I've always been very pleased with their service and I get fabulous prices. Also, a lot of the items I purchase have rebates (software, memory cards, etc.) and I've never had a problem getting those either.
