View Full Version : Question for A95 owners - portability

I was thinking of getting a truly shirt-pocketable camera for portability reasons, but I really like the feel of the A95 much more - it's seems so much easier to hold steady than say, a Canon S410, SD500, or a Sony P200. I also love the A95's flip-screen and the manual controls that one day I may use.
My question is, how do you A95 owners carry it around? Does it squeeze into some of your shirt pockets? How does it feel in your pants pocket? Or are you resigned to carry it in a bag and not in one of your pockets?
Wierd questions, I know, but what the hay...
I do have a pair of cargo pants that will allow pocket carry, but almost always I carry in a very small bag that can be worn on my belt. Helps protect the camera, yet is still easily accessed.

mine is a no-frills z-20. it has a belt loop and a shoulder strap, although i usually toss it into my backpack or pass my backpack strap through the belt loop to keep it handy.

Although, the A95 is a great camera and offers much more creative control...
